Covering an area exceeding 1400 sq miles there is now an extensive business presence in the park.
The recent steady growth of this area has resulted in an increase in the range of services available together with an influx of small and independent businesses. These include the Tourism related recreational businesses in the form of suppliers of sports equipment, transport, fishing tackle, walking gear to name but a few.
The area also enjoys excellent community services and amenities and even has its own small brewery producing Real Ales. The list below illustrates the unlikely need to go outside the Park to get a job done, for purchases or for information.
